Why Hime® Was Created
The story of Hime® doesn't begin in an anonymous lab, but with someone very close to me. My partner has suffered from very sensitive skin for years. Again and again, she spent a lot of money on expensive skincare products – hoping to finally find something that would soothe, nourish, and visibly improve her skin.
But disappointment was often great: some products caused redness, others led to feelings of tightness, burning, or simply no noticeable results. From this frustration arose the desire to create a real alternative: high-quality skincare that is thoughtfully sensitive, uses effective ingredients, and remains affordable.
This is precisely how Hime® came about – a skincare brand for natural premium serums and care products, specially developed for sensitive skin, modern active ingredient care, and simple routines.
Our Name, Our Philosophy
"Hime" is the Japanese word for "princess." For us, this name does not stand for unattainable luxury, but for a feeling: to feel valued, cared for, and beautiful – regardless of skin type, age, or budget.
